• Check-in time is at 14:00H and check-out time is 12:00H unless otherwise approved by the Hotel. Early check-in & check-out is available subject to room availability based on occupancy level; charges will apply. 

• Liability for valuables and effects of the Hotel’s guest shall be governed by Article 1998 of the Civil Code of the Philippines. An in-room safe is provided in all rooms. 

• A valid government issued identification card must be presented by all non-registered visitors of the Hotel’s guest for the security & safety of the Hotel & its guests.

• Firearms and Weapon Policy: Firearms, ammunition, explosives and deadly weapons are not allowed inside the hotel premises. Guest who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm or weapon may bring such onto our premises but he/she must endorse if for safekeeping. Legitimate members of PNP/AFP and other government law enforcement agencies that are not on “Official Mission” must declare and deposit their firearms with pertinent papers and document.

• A No-Party room policy is strictly enforced in all guest rooms. Visitors are allowed in the rooms until 22:00H only. Charges after 22:00H will apply.

• In compliance with government ordinance, the Hotel has a strict non-smoking policy. The Hotel reserves the right to charge guests Php10,000.00 for violations and/or damages

• No pets allowed. No durian allowed.
