1. Standard Check in Time is at 2:00PM. Please present any valid I.D. Card upon check in. By law, visitors must present personal documents for hotel records. These documents will be returned immediately after the check in process.

2. Standard Check out Time is at 12:00 NOON. Please inform the front desk if you wish to extend your room beyond this time.

The extension will be given depending on the room availability. If it is available, the normal tariff will be charged. In the event that the guest failed to vacate the

room on the time stipulated, the Management shall have the right to remove the guest and his/her belongings from the room he/she occupied.

3. Non-Smoking Policy: In pursuant of Executive Order 26 Nationwide Smoking Ban Order, all our rooms and common areas are smoke free. Failure to comply will incur a Php 10,000.00 cleaning fee.

4. Firearms and Weapon Policy: Firearms, ammunition, explosives and deadly weapons are not allowed inside the hotel premises. Guest who are lawfully permitted to possess a firearm or weapon may bring such onto our premises but he/she must endorse if for safekeeping. Legitimate members of PNP/AFP and other government law enforcement agencies that are not on “Official Mission” must declare and deposit their firearms with pertinent papers and document.

5. Damage to Property: The guest will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the hotel property caused by themselves, their guests or any person for whom they are responsible.

6. Company’s Lien on Guest’s Luggage and Belongings: In the case of default in the payment of dues by a guest, the management shall have the rights to get hold and acquire their luggage and belongings, and be entitled to detain the same and to sell or auction such property at any time without reference to the guest. The net sale proceeds will be appropriate towards the amount due by the guest without prejudice to the management’s rights to adopt such further recovery proceedings as may be required.

7. Government Rules and Regulation and Application of Laws: Guest is requested to observe, abide by confirm to and be bound by all applicable acts and laws and government rules and regulations in force from time to time.

8. Management’s Rights: It is agreed that the guest will behave him/herself in a respectable manner and will not cause any nuisance or annoyance within the hotel premises. The management has the right to request any guest to vacate his/her room or other areas of the hotel immediately, without prior notice. The management has the right to remove the Guest luggage and belongings from the room occupied.
